《當你老了》 是趙照獻給母親的歌曲，這首歌的歌詞出自於威廉·巴特勒·葉芝（ William Butler Yeats，1865-1939 ） 的同名詩作，葉芝是愛爾蘭著名詩人、劇作家和散文家，1923年度諾貝爾文學獎得主。
